We're obsessed with the relaxing beauty in candles and self-care. We love to sharing our passion with you. Here are all of our Frequently Asked Questions. - Trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch or 0.6 cm before lighting and relighting your candle.
- Keep away from children, pets, and drafts.
- The burn time is approximately 50 hours on our classic size candle, but you should never burn it all at once. Savor it! Try to only burn it for 3-4 hours at a time.
- Relax! Enjoy your candle to the fullest and use it as your excuse to take some time for yourself! You deserve it.
It’s all soy and fragrance oils, so there’s no paraffins or any other type of wax. The wick is a natural cotton, coated in natural wax, comprised of vegetable wax and beeswax. There aren’t even any dyes in the candle. The creamy off-white color is a natural and elegant fit for any space.
If there’s anything we can do, like offer an exchange for a different scent, we’ll do that! There are 3 scents to choose from and people like certain scents more than others :) Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase.
But if there’s nothing that can be done, we'll issue you a refund if you let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We want you to love your candle.
Please note that we currently only offer shipping within Canada. Average order fulfillment takes 2 - 9 business days.
The license is for personal use only. You can print these posters for yourself or use as a gift for someone. However, reselling sharing, or any commercial use of this product is not allowed.
After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email from deliveries@skypilotapp.com with a button that says "Access Content Here" that will direct you to your downloadable high-quality PDF files. It could take a few minutes to show up in your inbox. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders in case it does not come into your inbox after a few minutes.
When you access the content, you will see 6 PDF files:
- A 4:5 ratio file for printing sizes: 4"x5", 8"x10", 12"x15", 16"x20"
- A 3:4 ratio file for printing sizes: 6"x8", 9"x12", 12"x16", 15"x20", 18"x24"
- A 2:3 ratio file for printing sizes: 4"x6", 8"x12", 12"x18", 16"x24", 20"x30", 24"x36"
- A file for printing 5"x7"
- A file for printing 11"x14"

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sheikandco.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@sheikandco.com.
