Planning your wedding is a beautiful journey — and I want to make every step feel effortless. Here’s how to begin your Wedding Studio Experience:

1. Schedule Your Free Consultation: Before you book, please set up a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This helps us connect, review your vision, and ensure the Wedding Studio Experience is the perfect fit for your celebration.
2. Complete Your Client Questionnaire: After your consultation, you’ll receive our detailed Client Questionnaire. This allows us to learn everything about your plans, priorities, and vendors — so we can step in seamlessly and bring it all together.
3. Reserve Your Date: Once you’re ready, secure your wedding date with a 50% deposit of your quoted package total. Your date will be officially reserved in our calendar.
4. Clarify & Finalize: We’ll meet virtually to review your timeline, vendor list, and décor details. From there, I’ll refine your coordination plan and prepare for your wedding day.
5. Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due two (2) weeks before your wedding date. You’ll also receive a final confirmation email with your full timeline and coordination details.
